It was a human error and for you to word that, "to say the least" you are implying he is doing more than manipulate! I am sorry I donot see any parallel between getting fact wrong like Dorjee did and manipulating and the propagandas put by the Chinese government. It's when Paul Martin was expressing his concerns over the issue of Chinese spies stealing industrial secrets that Hu replied: "Actually, this is a non-existing question", not on the Tibet issue! When asked to comment on the situation of Tibet, Hu declined to answer, instead he attacked the person the most vocal about the issue, i.e., the Dalai Lama. He urged the Dalai Lama to stop his separatist activities and wanted him to recognize Tibet as part of China. Don't get me wrong, I do not support Hu's dictatorial comments towards the Dalai Lama. But if you want to be taken seriously, do not use the same tactics as the Chinese government! Report the facts as they are, do not manipulate them to support your cause, because by doing so, you are lowering yourself at the same level as Hu's govermental lies. I do hope Tibet and its people will be freed from the Chinese grip, and this, as soon as possible.
