Concert Held in San Francisco Benefiting the March

On April 6, Giveback and Cyphertown held a concert in San Francisco to show their solidarity with the people of Tibet and the historic movement to restore justice in Tibet. All proceeds from the concert have been kindly donated to the Tibetan People’s Uprising Movement.

With only days before the Olympic Torch reaches the city, the concert was also a rallying cry for people to join in the protests that will be happening over the coming days in San Francisco.

The following is an interview with Indian musician Karsh Kale about his involvement in the concert, and the notion of non-violence.
